Binchae Information & Communication Academy (BICTA) is a community impact project dedicated to expanding access to digital literacy, education, skills development, and learning opportunities for underserved communities. Through digital training, access to courses, technology-enabled learning, and community-focused initiatives, BINCHAE empowers individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to participate meaningfully in the digital economy and improve their livelihoods.
